Alejandro's culinary journey began in Del Mar, California, where he worked at ILFORNAIO, a renowned restaurant, and honed his pasta-making skills. He later brought this expertise back to Mexico City, where he became the head chef of an Italian restaurant, but his true vision was to create something unique. This led him to work in a restaurant corporation, overseeing 8+ upscale casual and fine dining restaurants, ultimately allowing him to bring his life's experience to the table and create the beloved Italian restaurant, Pomodoro.
